Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union (or Netherlands), you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you or a third party indicated by you acquire physical possession of the goods.

How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to contact@choglannkhel.world). You may use the model withdrawal form available from the European Commission or simply state that you wish to withdraw.

Return of goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you inform us of withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging where reasonable.

Refund

We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of the day we receive the returned goods or your proof of sending. We will use the same means of payment as you used, unless otherwise agreed. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

Exceptions

Your right of withdrawal may not apply to certain goods (e.g. sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed). We will inform you where applicable before you order.
